Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts for 14 days from reciept of order. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

1. Return Period

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your item.

2. Return Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original condition with all packaging and components intact.

3. Shipping Fees

• The buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee of R 120.

• Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.

4. Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected.

• Refunds will exclude the shipping and handling fees.
